VCO Companion: where volume defends price

The oscillator in the lower panel shows where price sits inside the volatility channel on a −100 / +100 scale. The strongest signal is divergence: price prints a lower low while the oscillator prints a higher one — the sell-off is running out of fuel.

Price pushes lower but VCO doesn't — that's a bullish divergence. The entry is confirmed only when the oscillator exits the OS zone inside your Discount zone.
Discount / OS — cheap Premium / OB — expensive VCO line divergence
How to read it — a confirmation layer, not the whole system:
  1. Read structure and zones from price — Discount at the bottom, Premium at the top.
  2. VCO confirms the timing : go long when it exits the OS zone in Discount.
  3. Price and oscillator pulling apart = divergence — stronger than a plain cross.
