Which timezone do you count killzones and the open from?

New York. Always.

All of ICT — the open, the killzones, the 10:00 hour — runs on New York time. The indicator does too. Chicago is irrelevant here.

10:00 NY = 09:00 Chicago — same moment, same candle. The killzone box doesn't move; only the number on the axis changes.
Set it once and forget it — 10 seconds:
  1. Click the  clock  in the bottom-right corner of the chart on TradingView.
  2. Select the  New York  timezone.
  3. Done — the axis matches ICT. 10:00 means 10:00, no math in your head.
